Shipping Policy & Returns
All purchase made through Haircare Today will be processed and shipped with in 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and USA Holidays. For orders under $100 USD for clients with USA shipping addresses Haircare Today will ship free of charge at the expense of Haircare Today the entire cost of USPS Priority shipping. If the order is under $100 USD then the shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will have several choices for different shipping service he or she may chose from. For International orders. We do ship to any and all countries with the exclusion of countries the USA has trade embargoes on. Please see www.us.gov for those countries. We do not ship orders over $100 USD for free to any country outside the USA. Shipping charges will be applied to all countries outside the USA.
If you live in an apartment building or a location where you are concerned about the safety of that shipment being delivered to you securely. Please note your order and request a signature required shipment. That can be added to your order for $2.75 and we will bill your credit card. All orders over $250 USD will automatically have a signature required shipment.
ALL orders require 1-3 business days for processing. For orders that contain items that are either Back-Ordered or currently not in stock, YOU the client will be notified promptly via email. After 1-3 business days for processing, your order should arrive via USPS, usually within 3-4 business days, or unless stated otherwise. Depending on the state you order from, the time USPS takes to deliver your package after it leaves Haircare Today will differ. USPS transit time for the Continental United States ranges from 2-3 business days.
When we refer to the continental United States we are referring to all states excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and all PO, APO and FPO boxes. USPS transit time to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and all PO, APO and FPO boxes can take up to 7 business days after the order has been shipped from Haircare Today.
During the 1-3 business days that it takes for Our Service to process your order, if you find you need to make a change, or add or delete an item, you may email us at info@haircaretoday.co. Please explain the changes you require in detail, and remember to include your Order #. If you need to make an address change, we must be notified via email WITHIN the 1-3 business day processing time. We cannot make a change or edit an order after the processing time or AFTER the order has shipped. On certain occasions the 1-3 day processing time will be much shorter. In these instances if you contact Haircare Today your order will already have been processed and/or shipped, and we cannot make any changes at this point.
Returns
Haircare Today will accept returns for any unopened and unused product. Please do not return any used or opened product as we will not accept into our facility and return back to the customer. For returns please contact us with your order number, contact information and reason for return. We will then asses the reason for your return and provide you with a return authorization number. At that time we will give you the address for which facility we would like you to return the item to. With all returns we suggest that you send the item in a form which it can be tracked for your protection. Once the item has been received and inspected at our return facility we will refund only the original transaction and payment method used by the customer. Please do not ask us to return the money any other way.
